1. Ordering:
All of our products may be ordered online. We do not accept mailed, faxed, or phoned orders.
Once you place your order on-line, you will automatically receive a confirmation/acknowledgment via Email. Please allow 5 minutes for the email to reach you. If you do not receive the email, please check your email junk/spam filter to ensure that our message was not erroneously flagged as spam.
All products are subject to availability and where an item is out of stock this is clearly displayed on our website. However, in rare circumstances our online stock system may not accurately indicate product availability. In the event of a product not actually being in stock, we will notify you of the problem.
Wherever possible we will give you an indication of the expected delivery date via email.
In the event that we are unable to supply the item(s) ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the relevant items(s).
2. Prices:
Although we try our best to ensure that all prices on the idElements.com website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you immediately and give you the option of canceling your order, or reconfirming it at the correct price.
3. Payment:
Payment can be made using all major credit cards via our Secure Shopping Cart system. Your card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us. O

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
